摘    要:目的:用体外肝MDA生成抑制为指标,研究当归、川芎和佛手散在小鼠中药效动力学。方法:测定灌胃当归、川芎和佛手散后小鼠血清对体外肝MDA生成抑制率,测定提取物、阿魏酸、川芎嗪对MDA生成抑制率。结果:灌胃3种处方后的血清均能抑制体外肝MDA生成,但时效过程不同。在体外,中药提取物也能抑制MDA生成,但阿魏酸、川芎嗪及合用无此作用。结论:就MDA生成抑制而言,当归、川芎及佛手散的药效动力学行为不同。阿魏酸、川芎嗪不是抑制MDA生成主要成分。

Abstract:Objective: To study pharmacodynamics of Radix Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and their complex (Fushou Powder), using inhibiting MDA production in mouse liver. Methods : After mice were given Radix Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuan Xiong and Fushou Powder by ig, the serum samples above were obtained at an interval . The amount of MDA product in vitro in the presence of the serum was determined and the inhibition ratios of MDA were calculated. At the same time, the inhibition ratios of MDA production in the presence of the liquid extract, ferric acid and tetramethylpyraine were also calculated. Results : After ig Radix Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Fushou Powder, the mouse serum samples all inhibited MDA production in mouse liver in vitro. But the time courses were different. The bell curves of dose-effect relationship were found after ig Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica Sinensis. The extract of Chinese medicine also inhibited MDA production in vitro. Rhizoma Chuanxiong>Fushou-Powder>Radix Angelica Sinensis. Ferric aid and tetramethpyazine and their complex did not inhibit MDA production in vitro. Conclusion : Pharmacodynamic behaviors of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Fushou Powder, Radix Angelica Sinensis are different as far as the serum inhibition MDA production is concerned. Ferric acid and tetramethylpyrazine are not effective components of inhibiting MDA production in Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Angelica Sinensis.
