康复新液联合盐酸丁咯地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效观察

目的：评价康复新液联合盐酸丁咯地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选择糖尿病足溃疡患者60例,随机分为2组。治疗组35例,外用康复新液联合静脉滴注盐酸丁咯地尔注射液;对照组25例,给予常规西药治疗;4周为1个疗程。两组患者均采用胰岛素或胰岛素联合口服药物控制血糖,抗生素控制感染,足部溃疡局部清疮引流、坏死组织清除等治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率94.3%,对照组总有效率40.0%,P〈0.01。结论：康复新液联合盐酸丁咯地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效优于常规西药治疗。

Clinical Observation on Diabetic Foot Ulcer Treated with Kangfuxin plus Buflomedil Hydrochloride

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin plus Buflomedil hydrochloride on diabetic ulcer foot. METHODS： 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were enrolled： 35 （treatment group） were randomly assigned to receive Kangfuxin （extemal use） plus Buflomedil Hydrochloride （iv gtt）, and the other 25 （control group） to receive routine westem medicine therapy. One course of treatment lasted 4 weeks. In addition, both groups received insulin alone or in combination with oral drugs to control blood sugar and antibiotics to control infection, with foot ulcer treated with debridement, drainage, systematic antibiotics, and removal of necrotic tissue etc. RESULTS： The effictive rate was 94.3 % in the treatment group versus40.0% in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： As compared with the routine therapy with westem medicine, the combination therapy of Kangfuxin and Buflomedil Hydrochloride has better efficacy for diabetic ulcer foot.
