摘    要:目的:探讨案例综合教学法在临床学科教学中的应用及效果。方法:比较两种教学方法在传染病学教学实践的异同,并从兴趣度等多方面进行评价。结果:案例综合教学法在兴趣度等指标的得分明显高于传统教学法。结论:案例综合教学法注重临床思维能力及创新思维能力的培养,是一种较好的临床教学实践模式。

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the effect of complex case teach in g method in infectious diseases. Method: Comparing and evaluating the effects of complex case teaching method and traditional teaching method. Result:Complex ca se teaching method acquired higher scores in the intensity of interest and so on compared with traditional teaching method. Conclusion:Complex case teaching met hod concentrates the cultivation of both clinical thinking ability and innovatin g thinking ability. The results showed it was one of the better teaching methods in clinical teaching.
