| 摘 要： | 目的 总结胰腺损伤的诊治经验。方法 回顾性地总结分析13例胰腺损伤的诊断方法和治疗结果。结果 全组治愈12例，死亡1例。发生各类并发症8例。结论 目前对胰腺损伤的诊断尚缺乏特异性的检查项目。关键是要保持警觉，综合判断。按胰腺损伤的类型和损伤情况选择适当的术式，以提高生存率，减少并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize experiences of diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic injury. Methods We had retrospectively analyzed diagnostic steps and treatment results of 13 patients with pancreatic injury. Results 12 patients were cured but one died. There were 8 cases with complication. Conclusion The data showed a lack of specific examination to pancreatic injury. It is the key for us to pay attention to pancreatic injury during making diagnosis. We should choose a proper operative method according to the classification and the condition of the injury so as to improve the survival rate and diminish the complications. |
