单克隆抗体桥联酶标法快速诊断婴幼儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎调查研究

１９９１年１１月～１９９２年４月对河南省部分市及地区６９５例婴幼儿肺炎和毛细支气管炎住院患儿，采用单克隆抗体桥联酶标法快速诊断呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎。采集标本时间均在发病７天以内，男４０９例，女２８６例；年龄≤３岁６８８例，＞３岁７例。本调查显示，肺炎患儿呼吸道合胞病毒阳性检出率河南省各地为１４．９％～５６．１％，其总阳性检出率为４２．３％。表明该年度在本省广大地区呼吸道合胞病毒感染呈普遍流行趋势，其冬春季节发病月份以１１～１２月份为最高（５５．６％～５７．４％），其次为１～２月份（３５．２％～４０．０％）。呼吸道合胞病毒是婴幼儿肺炎主要病原体之一，早期快速诊断可及时指导治疗，并为小儿呼吸道感染流行病学监测和预防提供了依据。

THE INVESTIGATIONS AND CLINICAL APPLICATION OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES AGAINST RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS(RSV)IN RAPID DIAGNOSIS PNEUMONIA IN INFANTS AND CHILDREN BY APAAP

Between Nov 1991 and Apr 1992,We have carried on the 695 infants andchildren′patients with pneumonia and bronchiolitis who were applicated of monoclonal anti-bodies apainst respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in rapid diagnosis pneumonia in the part ar-eas in Henan Province,The all specimens were collected within 7 days of sicked,The maleswere 409 cases,females were 286 cases,age of≤3 years were 688 cases,>3 years were 7cases,The investgation results showed that the positive rate of RSV infection were 14.9%～56.1% in the part areas of Henan Province,The total positive rate of RSV infection was42.3%.These data exhibited RSV infection apparent wide spread in these areas.The seasonof winter and spring were the high incidence period,Nov and Dec were 55.6%～57.4%,Sec-ondary were Jun and Fbe (35.3%～40.0%).RSV is one of the important virus in pneumoniawith infants and children,In the early period and rapid diagnosis may be guided treatmentpramptly,and provided scientific basis of epidemiological survoillance and prevention.
