| 摘 要： | 对120例闭经与不孕症病人进行了子宫输卵管造影,其中子宫内粘连53例占38%。输卵管阻塞、积水51例占36%,子宫发育不良16例占13.5%,正常15例占12.5%。介绍了X线所见、并发症及预防造影结果揭示子宫内粘连、输卵管阻塞是导致本组病例闭经与不孕症的主要原因。本文并比较了水质与油质造影剂的优缺点。

| Abstract: | 120 women with amenorrhea and infertility were examined with hysterosalpingography (HSG).Of the 120 petients 53 (38%)had uterocavity adhesion,51 (36%)had obstrution of the oviduct and hydrosalpinx,16 (13.5%) had uterine hypoplasia,and 15 (12.5%) were normal. This paper also introduces the findings of X-ray, and the prevention of thecomplications. The results demonstated that uterine--cavity adhesion, oviduct obs-truction were the main causes of sencondary amenorrhea and infertility. The advan-tages and defects of liquid and oil--base contrast media are also compared in thispaper. |
