嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝行无张力性修补术体会

目的：探讨嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝行无张力性修补术的可行性。方法：总结2007-2009年收治的6例嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝,采用无张力性修补术,术中：严格无菌操作、活力碘水对伤口冲洗、选择组织水肿较轻的病例,及注重围手术期管理。结果：6例患者住院时间3-7天,效果满意,门诊随访未见复发。结论：嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝行无张力性修补术是可行的。术后局部张力小,下床时间早,恢复较快,复发率低。

Incarcerated Inguinal Hernia Tension-Free Repair Line Experience

Objective: To study the line of incarcerated inguinal hernia tension-free repair is feasible. Meth- ods: 6 patients treated in 2007~2009 incarcerated inguinal hernia using tension-free repair, including strict asep- tic operation, and povidone iodine wash the wounds of the water, choosing a lighter cases tissue edema, and pay- ing attention to Perioperative management. Results: 6 patients hospital stay 3~7 days, results were satisfactory, out-patient follow-up no recurrence. Conclusion: incarcerated inguinal hernia tension-free repair is feasible with few local tension, early leaving bed, rapid recovery, and low recurrence rate.
