氯硝柳胺悬浮剂大山区杀螺效果观察

摘    要:目的观察25%氯硝柳胺悬浮剂(SCN)在云南大山区的实验室和现场杀螺效果.方法在实验室和现场进行浸杀和喷洒法杀螺实验,比较SCN和50%氯硝柳胺可湿性粉剂(WPN)的杀螺效果.结果室内浸杀:WPN 0.15 mg/L(有效浓度0.075 mg/L)浸杀24 h无明显杀螺作用(与清水对照组钉螺死亡率差异无显著性,P>0.05),而SCN 0.27 mg/L(有效浓度0.067 mg/L)浸杀24h钉螺死亡率为33.33%,有明显杀螺作用.WPN 0.84 mg/L(有效浓度0.42 mg/L)和SCN 1.50mg/L(有效浓度0.38 mg/L)浸杀24 h钉螺死亡率均为100.00%.室内喷洒:SCN 2.0 g/m2和WPN 2.0 g/m2杀螺效果相近(P>0.05).现场浸杀:SCN 2.0 mg/L浸杀24 h对螺袋内钉螺杀螺率和浸杀72 h对沟内钉螺杀螺率优于WPN 2.0 mg/L.现场喷洒:SCN 2.0 g/m2和WPN 2.0 g/m2杀螺效果相近(X2 3d=6.9×10-4,P>0.05;X2 15d=9.8×10-5,P>0.05).结论SCN 2.0 mg/L浸杀和2.0 g/m2喷洒均有较好的杀螺效果,是一种高效、溶解度高的杀螺新剂型.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the molluscicidal effects of suspension concentrate of 25% niclosamide( SCN ) in Yunnan mountainous regions. Methods Comparative studies on molluscicidal effect of SCN and wettable powder of niclosamide salt (WPN ) by the immersion and spraying methods were performed in laboratory and field . Results In laboratory, by the immersion method for 24 hours, the molluscicidal effect of 0.15 mg/L WPN (active content of 0.075 mg/L niclosamide ) was not significantly different from the effect of the control group fresh water (P > 0.05),but the mortality of snails was 33.33% in 0.27 mg/L SCN (active content of 0.067 mg/L niclosamide ). The mortality of snails was 100.00% by immersion for 24 hours in 0.84 mg/L WPN (active content of 0.42 mg/L niclosamide) and 1.50 mg/L SCN (active content of 0.38 mg/L niclosamide ). There was no significant difference between 2.0 g/m~2 SCN and WPN by spraying (P>0.05) . In the field, the molluscicidal effect of 2 mg/L SCN (active content of 0.5 mg/L niclosamide) was better than that of 2 mg/L WPN (active content of 1.0 mg/L niclosamide) by the immersion method, but being no significant difference by the spraying method. Conclusions The molluscicidal effect of 2.0 mg/L and 2.0 g/m~2 SCN (active content of 0.5 mg/L and 0.5 g/m~2 niclosamide) is good by the immersion and spraying method, and it is a novel form of niclosamide with high molluscicidal effect.
