青嵩素和去氧青嵩素对小鼠淋巴细胞活化的抑制作用

摘    要:一次急性大剂量青蒿素(500mg/kg)腹腔注射小鼠后,其血清对正常异体脾细胞经ConA 活化的~ 3H-UR 掺入有抑制作用。8小时的血清青蒿素浓度已降低,并不影响抑制,表明其在体内的代谢产物也参与了抑制作用。本文首次证明了去氧青蒿素对 ConA 活化的脾淋巴细胞的~H-UR 掺入有抑制作用。青蒿素和代谢产物的共同作用,导致了活化的淋巴细胞上述抑制作用。


IMMUNOSUPRESSION OF ARTEMISININ AND DEOXY ARTEMISININ TO THE SPLEEN CELLS
Abstract:The sera of mice injected with artemisinin (500 mg/kg) by i. p. have the suppressive effect on the 3H-UK incoporation of the mitogen-stimulated spleen cells. The action persists when the concentration of artemisinin in the sera is decreased. The results suggest that the metabolites of artemisinin also have suppressive action. It is proved that deoxyartemis-inin, one of the metabolites of artemisinin, which has no preoxide bridge in its structure also has the inhibit effect on 3H-UR incoporation of the activated spleen cells, although the action is less than that of artemisinin. The peroxy linkage may not be the essential group in immunosuppression.
