涡轮钻去阻力法与传统凿骨劈冠法拔除下颌阻生智齿的对比研究

目的评价高速涡轮钻法拔除下颌高位倾斜阻生（单纯邻牙阻力）、低位水平阻生（单纯骨阻力）、低位倾斜阻生（牙阻力并发骨阻力）智齿的临床可行性及其优势性。方法对120颗下颌阻生智齿随机采用凿骨劈冠术（常规组）或高速涡轮钻法（实验组）去除骨阻力两种拔除方法，进行临床观察分析，记录患者发生骨裂、断根、干槽症的发病情况。结果实验组发生骨裂的例数比常规组少（P〈0．001），实验组断根发生率小于常规组（P〈0．001），两组干槽症的发病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001），实验组发病率明显低于常规组（P〈0．001），实验组对手术效果表示满意的例数多于常规组（P〈0．001），无恐惧配合治疗的例数实验组多于常规组（P〈0．001）。结论高速涡轮钻去阻力法能减少骨裂、断根和干槽症的发病率，能减轻病人的恐惧情绪，病人乐于接受，值得临床推广。
