补血活血法对口腔扁平苔藓患者TNF-α、IL-8 及sIL-2R水平的调节作用

目的　探讨补血活血中药对口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）患者TNF-α、IL-8及sIL-2R水平调节作用，为临床用药提供依据。方法　40例OLP患者随机分为两组，分别给予补血活血中药和雷公藤总甙片进行治疗，采用双抗体夹心法检测治疗前后TNF-α、IL-8及sIL-2R水平的变化。结果　治疗2个月后补血活血中药对口腔扁平苔藓（OLP）患者的粘膜斑纹改善方面和TNF-α、IL-8及sIL-2R水平调节作用明显优于雷公藤总甙片；还显示患者粘膜充血及白色斑纹程度越重，TNF-α、IL-8及sIL-2R的水平就越高。结论　口腔扁平苔藓患者因病情不同免疫平衡失调的严重程度也不同；补血活血中药是治疗OLP有效的并具有调节免疫功能的药物，值得临床推广应用。

Regulating function of Chinese Medicinal herbs of enriching the blood and invigorating the circulation of blood to the OLP patients'TNF-

Objective To probe regulating function of Chinese medicinal herbsof enriching the blood and invigorating the circulation of blood the OLP patients'TNF-α、IL-8 and sIL-2R level and provide basis for clinical using medicine. Methods 40 patients OLP patients were divided into two groups randomly and treated with Chinese medicinal herbs of enriching the blood and invigorating the circulation of blood and total glycosides tablet of Radix Tripterygii sperately.Double antibody sandwich assay was used to measure the change of TNF-α、IL-8 and sIL-2R level before and after treatment. Results It showed that after two months treatment this medicine was greatly superior to total glycosides tablet of Radix Triperygii in OLP patients' mucosa stripe improvement and regulating function of TNF-α、IL-8 and sIL-2R level.The more serious the patients' mucosa hyperemia and white leukasmus's degrees,the higher of TNF-α、IL-8 and sIL-2R level. Conclusion The degree of OLP patients' immune balance disorder is different according to different condition.Chinese medicinal herbs of enriching the blood and invigorating the circulation of blood is an effective medicine with regulating immune function to treat OLP.It's worth clinical application and dissemination.
