湖南农村“留守孩”心理健康状况调查分析

摘    要:目的了解湖南农村“留守孩”心理健康状况,为农村“留守孩”的心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法随机抽取湖南衡阳、邵阳、永州3个地区农村“留守孩”94名,“非留守孩”117名,采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)进行评价。结果“留守孩”中心理健康问题阳性检出率占61.7%,“非留守孩”中阳性检出率占54.7%,二者无显著差异(P>0.306);“留守孩”在D因素(自责倾向)上的平均得分显著高于“非留守孩”(P<0.05);留守女生在A因素(学习焦虑)上的得分明显高于男生(P<0.01);男生样本中“留守孩”在D因素(自责倾向)上的得分明显高于“非留守孩”(P<0.05)。结论湖南农村“留守孩”与“非留守孩”心理健康状况总体上不存在差异;“留守孩”比“非留守孩”更易出现自责倾向,且这种差异主要出现在男孩中;留守女孩比男孩更易出现学习焦虑。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mental health situation of the left-in-rural children in Hunan Province,and to provide reference for the mental health education of the left-in-rural children.Methods To randomly choose 94 left-in-rural children and 117 non left-in-rural children from the three districts of Hengyang City,Shaoyang City,Yongzhou City of Hunan Province and evaluate them by means of mental health test(MHT.Results 61.7% of the left-in-rural children had positive mental health problems,and for the non left-in-rural children,the ratio was 54.7%,which showed no significant difference(P>0.05 the left-in-rural children had significantly higher mean score than the non left-in-rural children in D factor(self-accusation tendency)(P<0.05;the girl left-in-rural children had significantly higher mean score than the boy counterparts in A factor(learning anxietyP<0.01;and the left-in-rural children had significantly higher mean score than the non left-in-rural children among the boy samples(P<0.05.Conclusion Generally there is no difference in the mental health situation between the left-in-rural children and non left-in-rural children;the left-in-rural children,especially the boys,are more likely to show self-accusation than the non left-in-rural children;girl left-in-rural children tend to show more learning anxiety than the boy left-in-rural children.
