2006年大连市伤害监测点医院首诊伤害病例资料分析

[目的]分析大连市伤害发生的分布特点及流行规律,探索切实可行的监测网络系统,为制定干预性措施提供依据.[方法]对2006年大连市沙河口区监测点医院急诊室、其他门急诊及临床科室诊断为伤害的全部首诊病例资料进行分析.[结果]全年合计报告伤害病例10 537例,其中男性占68.09%,女性占31.91%;25～34岁占23.30%,35～44岁占20.17%,20～24岁占15.36%;前5位伤害发生原因依次为钝器伤(占28.98%)、跌倒/坠落(占22.60%)、刀/锐器伤(占18.87%)、机动车车祸(占16.76%)、动物伤(占1.78%);发生地点主要是公路/街道(占19.33%)、贸易和服务场所(占19.11%)、公共居住场所(占16.39%)、家中(占16.27%)、工业和建筑场所(占14.16%);伤害发生高峰时间在8:00～12:00和16:00～22:00,高发月份为1、7、10月,每周周一稍高;非故意伤害占70.86%;轻症占67.37%;治疗后回家的占79.98%,死亡的占0.15%.[结论]伤害发生的重点人群是男性,20～44岁青壮年,应针对重点人群、多发地点、高峰时间和多发季节采取相应的预防措施.

Data Analysis among Injury Cases in Surveillance Hospital in Dalian City in 2006

[Objective]To analyze the distribution and characteristic of injury epidemic in Dalian,explore the feasible network surveillance system,provide scientific evidence for intervention measures.[Methods]Data of all injury cases from emergency and relative department of the surveillance hospitals in Shahekou district of Dalian in 2006 were analyzed.[Results]The total of 10 537 injurys,7 175(68.09%) males and 3 362(31.91%)females,were reported form January to December in 2006;The cases aged 25-34,35-44 and 20-24 accounted for 23.30%,20.17% and 15.36% respectively;The leading fifth injury causes were hit by blunt object(28.98%),accidental tumbles/falls(22.60%),hit by knife/sharp object(18.87%),motor vehicle traffic accident(16.76%),animal bite(1.78%) respectively;The fifth locations were in highway/street(19.33%),trade and service area(19.11%),residential institution(16.39%),home(16.27%),industrial and construction area(14.16%)respectively;The peak of injury was during 8:00-12:00 and 16:00-22:00 on Monday in January,July and October.Non-intent injury accounted for 70.86% and slight injury accounted for 67.37%.79.98% of the injured cases were treated and recovered and 0.15% of them died.[Conclusion]The main injured people were male aged from 20 to 44.Related preventive measures must be taken for the target population,areas that more injury occurred,peak time and seasons.
