摘    要:目的:通过应用数字化曲面体层摄影术对上颌前部埋伏牙的观察,研究其对牙齿定位的诊断价值,探求其对埋伏牙定位评判观测的规律.方法:选取2011年5~8月在南京大学口腔医院颌面外科收治手术的上颌前部埋伏牙患者56例,男30例女26例,年龄7~18岁,中位年龄13.5岁,均采取术前数字式PTG、CBCT检查,并行手术治疗,其中开窗正畸牵引41例,外科拔除15例.对PTG采用多个因素分析法对埋伏牙进行判读分析,并且通过CBCT及术中确认,研究本观察方法的与临床的一致性.结果:对PTG采取多个因素分析观测方法对埋伏牙定位的准确性与CBCT无显著性差异,但准确的空间定位与直观性不如CBCT.结论:CBCT是埋伏牙定位的金标准,而PTG可以用来判断埋伏牙的位置,其观察宽窄定唇腭、比例定倾斜的方法具有规律性,采用多个因素分析放大率的方法分析牙体的倾斜度及唇腭向具有临床应用价值.

Application of Multiple Factors Analysis with Digital Panoramic Tomography for Maxillary Anterior Impacted Tooth Comparative Study with CBCT

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the multipoint analysis magnification of the maxillary anterior impacted teeth with digital pantomograghy,and to explore the rule of the observation.Methods: Selecting maxillary impacted teeth patients in 56 cases,male 30 cases and female 26 cases,at the age of 7 to 18 years old,the median age of 13.5 years.All take preoperative digital PTG,CBCT check,parallel operation treatment,including orthodontic traction in 41 cases,surgical in 15 cases.With multiple factors analysis impacted teeth imaging with PTG for estimation and analysis,and through the CBCT and operation in confirmation,research methods and clinical observation of consistency were studied.Results: To PTG take more analytical method of magnification observation of the positioning accuracy impacted teeth with CBCT no significant difference,but accurate positioning is less than CBCT.Conclusion: CBCT is the gold standard for tooth positioning.PTG can be used to judge the position of the Impacted teeth,which is a method of "Size for lip palatal,Proportion for tilt",in order to guide clinical practice on the panoramic film interpretation.
