正畸治疗对牙龈萎缩的影响

目的：研究年轻成人中牙龈萎缩的比例，并探讨与正畸治疗的关系。方法：在大学生中随机抽取806名学生，记录年龄、是否抽烟、有无正畸治疗史。临床检查包括牙龈炎症，菌斑情况和牙龈萎缩的状况。分析牙龈萎缩与其他因素间的关系。结果：14．6％的学生有不同程度的牙龈萎缩，接受过正畸治疗学生的牙龈萎缩的比例明显高于无正畸治疗的学生，牙龈萎缩与性别、抽烟没有关系。结论：部分年轻成人有牙龈萎缩，有正畸治疗史的个体牙龈萎缩的比例比没有正畸治疗史的高。

The Impact of Orthodontic Treatment on Gingival of Young Adults

Objective: To investigate the proportion of gingival recession in young adults,and the correlation between gingival recession and orthodontic treatment.Methods: A sample of 806 university students was randomized selected.Clinical examination including visible gingival inflammation,dental plaque and gingival recession was performed.Information about students’ smoking habit,age,gender and history of orthodontic treatment was also recorded.Results: 14.6% of the students had gingival recession.Students who received orthodontic treatment have much higher proportion of gingival recession than those who had no history of orthodontic treatment.Conclusion: Gingival recession had correlation with orthodontic treatment in young adults.
