摘    要:目的通过以护生为主体的PBL教学模式提高护理教学查房质量和提高护生整体素质。方法我科对126名实习生实施了PBL模式护理教学查房并进行评价,结果95%以上的学生表示非常满意,PBL教学模式能启发、扩散她们的临床思维能力;主持护理教学查房的老师100%都认为PBL教学模式更能培养学生的临床工作综合能力。结论PBL教学模式护理教学查房能有效提高护理实习生的综合能力。

Abstract:Objective To improve the quality of nursing teaching ward - round and improve the overall quality of nursing students through the nursing student - centered PBL teaching mode. Methods Implemented the PBL mode of nursing teaching ward - round on 126 nursing students and evaluate the effect. Results More than 95% of the nursing students are satisfied with it, their ability of clinical thinking can be inspired through the PBL teaching mode. 100% of the teachers who conduct the teaching ward round believe that the comprehensive ability of the nursing students in clinical work can be cultured. Conclusion The nursing students' comprehensive capacity can be improved effectively through the nursing students - centered PBL teaching mode.
