摘    要:目的 探讨新生儿窒息的阴离子间隙(AG)的临床意义以及和电解质的关系.方法 测定48例新生儿窒息患儿的阴离子间隙和电解质,分析阴离子间隙变化与电解质的关系.结果 48例患儿与24例正常对照组比较,高AG与窒息有关(P<0.05),即示窒息复苏后的酸碱紊乱以高AG状态为主,但高AG状态与窒息的程度无关(P﹥0.05).高AG组血Cl-比正常AG组、低AG组明显降低(P﹤0.05).结论 窒息缺氧乳酸堆积导致AG增高,故治疗时应保证通气、改善患儿微循环,不应盲目补碱.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of anion gap (AG) and its relationship with electrolytes. Methods To analyse the relationship between AG level and electrolytes through serum AG and serum electrolytes detected in 48 newborns with asphyxia. Results We compared the 48 cases of asphyxia with 24 cases normal in AG level.
