紫英颗粒对慢性盆腔炎常见致病菌抑菌作用的研究

目的观察紫英颗粒对慢性盆腔炎常见致病菌的抑菌作用。方法以平皿打孔法和试管液体双倍稀释法观察对9种细菌的体外抑菌圈和最低抑菌浓度与最低杀菌浓度；以大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌感染致死进行体内保护作用试验。结果体外抑菌试验显示，紫英颗粒对9种常见的慢性盆腔炎致病菌有抑制作用，其敏感性依次为：粪肠球菌〉乙型溶血性链球菌〉大肠埃希菌〉金黄色葡萄球菌〉脆弱类杆菌〉变形杆菌〉表皮葡萄球菌〉肺炎克雷伯菌〉铜绿色假单胞菌。紫英颗粒口服对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠均有保护作用，能明显提高感染动物的存活率。结论紫荚颗粒对慢性盆腔炎常见致病菌具有较广谱的抑菌作用。

Bacteriostasis of Ziying Granule on Common Pathogenic Bacteria in Chronic Pelvic Infection

Objective To investigate the bacteriostatic effect of Ziying granule on common pathogenic bacteria in pelvic cavity. Methods Bacteriostatic circle, the lowest bacteriostatic concentration and the lowest disinfecting concentration of nine kinds of bacteria in vitro were measured with punching fiat vessel method and test-tube fluid double dilution method. The mice infected by colibacillus and staphylococcus aureus to be died were tested in vivo for its protection. Result Ziying granule was effective in inhibiting the nine kinds of bacteria in bacteriostatic test in vitro, and the susceptibility order was fecal enterococcus〉 β -hemolyticstreptococcus 〉 Escherichia coil 〉 Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach 〉 b.fragilis 〉 proteus 〉 staphylococcus epidermidis Ⅱ 〉klebsiella〉Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Ziying granule can protect the mice infected by coilbaciUus and staphylococcus aureus and increase animal survival rate. Condusion Ziying granule has broad-bacteriostasis effect on common pathogenic bacteria in pelvic cavity.
