简化中药人工周期三联法治疗排卵功能障碍不孕的临床观察

简化中药人工周期三联法系将原中药人工周期各方药简化,并与绒毛汤疗法及扩宫送精疗法联用,简称三联法。该法治疗9例排卵功能障碍不孕症,其中8例在治疗1～4周期后受孕。三联法能促进卵巢功能恢复,使角化细胞指数上升快及显著,同时提高性交试验阴性不孕患者的受孕率,因此,三联法治疗不孕症具有疗程短受孕率高的优点。

Artificial Cycle with Simplified TCM Triple Therapy and An Observation of Its Therapeutic Efficacy in Anovular Infertility Patients

In order to be simple and effective,our previous TCM therapy for infertile women was slmplified and used together with"Rongmao Tang"(chorion decoction),cervix dilatation and sperm transportation,which is named simplified TCM triple therapy for artificial cycle(STTTAC).Up to now,nine women with anovular infertility have received STTTAC,and eight of them became pregnant after being treated for one, two and four artificial cycles respectively.The result suggested that STTTAC was more convenient and effective than our previous TCM therapy.Its mechanisms were discussed.
