| 摘 要： | 目的探讨24h动态心电图（DCG）和平板运动试验（TET）对冠心病（CHD）的诊断价值。方法选择有不典型胸痛或可疑冠心痛患者180例，每例患者均在冠状动脉造影前后做24h动态心电图（DCG）和平板运动试验（TET）检查，与冠状动脉造影结果相比较，分析DCG及，TET对CHD的诊断价值。结果12导联24hDCG诊断CHD的敏感性为69．5％，特异性为68．0％；TET的敏感性为80．0％，特异性为81．3％；两者联合时敏感性为91．7％，特异性为92．8％。与单项检查比较，联合检测的敏感性、特异性、youden指数和阳性似然比都显著升高（P〈0．05）。结论DCG与，TET的结合，可作为CHD无创诊断的重要方法，对冠脉病的诊断有重要的价值。
