| 摘 要： | 目的选择有效的影像学检查方法诊断输尿管癌.方法共11例输尿管癌,均为移行上皮细胞癌.男性10例,女性1例.平均年龄62.5岁.主要症状无痛性血尿.选择性应用静脉尿路造影、逆行尿路造影、B超和CT扫描.结果静脉尿路造影诊断4例(36.36%),逆行尿路造影诊断6例(75%),CT扫描诊断8例(88.88%),B超对11例均未发现输尿管肿瘤.结论根据病人病情,选择性应用2种以上影像学检查方法可以诊断输尿管癌,B超可做筛选应用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To choose the right imaging examinations for diagnosing ureteral carcinoma.Methods:11 cases of transitional carcinoma were confirmed by pathology.There were male 10 cases and female 1 case,mean age was 62.5 years.Painless heamaturia was main symptom.Intravenous pyelography,retrograde pyelography,ultrasound and CT scan were selectively used.Results:4 cases were diagnosed by IVP(36.36%),6 cases by retragrade pyelography(75%) and 8 cases by CT scan (88.88%).The carcinoma of ureter were not found out by ultrasound in 11 cases.Conclusion:Ureteral carcinoma may be diagnosed by selectively appling two or more imaging examinations according to the different condition of patients,while ultrasound can be used as a screening method for ureteral careinoma. |
