盐酸法舒地尔对急性脑梗死患者的血流变及hs—CRP的影响的研究

目的：评价盐酸法舒地尔联用治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：将80例急性脑梗死的患者随机分成2组，治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组予以常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔。在治疗前和治疗后4周分别进行血流变及hs—CRP及神经功能缺损评分。结果：治疗组血流变及hs—CRP，对神经功能恢复的治疗效果优于对照组。结论：盐酸法舒地尔能显著改变急性脑梗死患者的血流变及hs—CRP，治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。

Influence Study of Fasudil Hydrochloride for the Blood Rheology and Hs -CRP of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
