晚期肝癌并发肝硬化的临床治疗与观察

目的：对晚期肝癌并发肝硬化患者采用复方甘草酸苷注射液联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液进行治疗，对其疗效进行观察和分析。方法：对我院收治的168例晚期肝癌并发肝硬化患者进行随机分组，分成试验组和对照组，分别为84例。对照组：对患者使用斑蝥酸钠维生素B6进行治疗。试验组：在对照组的基础上，对患者加用复方甘草酸苷注射液进行治疗。对2组患者都进行抗肿瘤、保肝和对症治疗。结果：试验组患者的生化指标改善和转阴率要明显优于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组患者没有出现明显性的不良反应。结论：对晚期肝癌并发肝硬化患者采用复方甘草酸苷注射液联合斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液进行治疗，效果显著，并且不良反应少，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Analyze Effect of Glycyrrhizin Injection Combined with Disodium Cantharidinate and Vitamin B6 injection in advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Cirrhosisusing

Objective： to treat patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma with eirrhosisusing compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection, observe and analyze its curative effect. Methods：our hospital 168 cases of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma complicated with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into groups, divided into experimental and control groups, respectively 84cases. Control group： the patients using sodium cantharidate vitamin B6treatment. Experimental group： in the control group on the basis of patients, combined with compound Glyeyrrhizin Injection treatment. On two groups of patients were tumor, liver and symptomatic treatment. Results：Patients with biochemical marker sand negative rate to be significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups of patients with no adverse events. Con- clusion ：for patients with advanced hepatocellular eareinomawith eirrhosisusing compound glycyrrhizin injection combined with disodium eantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection treatment, significant effect, and less adverse reactions, it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
