通过分析医疗机构当前情况,认为医疗机构间临床检验结果互认是检验医学发展的必然趋势,提出了进行医疗机构间临床检验结果互认存在的问题及解决方法,认为必需加强检验医学学科方面的全程质量控制,进一步完善实验室室间质量评价活动,采用深化卫生改革及加强医疗机构检查项目和质量的监督的方式,由少到多,由易到难,逐步推进医疗机构检验结果的互认。

Discussion on clinical laboratory results inter-accreditation

Based on the medical institution status, the clinical laboratory results inter-accreditation was the trend. The issues and its solutions of clinical laboratory results inter-accreditation were presented. The solutions included medical examination process quality controlling, clinical laboratory evaluating and medical examination monitoring. With these measure, the clinical laboratory results inter-accreditation could be promoted.
