| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨开塞露不保留灌肠治疗混合痔术后便秘的改良方法。方法:选择肛肠科术后便秘患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用开塞露改良肛注治疗,对照组采用开塞露常规肛注治疗。结果:2组患者的总有效率、首次排便时间、首次排便时疼痛、出血、住院时间、住院使用通便药存在显著差异(P0.05)。结论:改良式灌肠法用于混合痔术后便秘的治疗较传统的灌肠法具有较好的通便作用,能减少并发症,有利于创口修复。
