| 摘 要： | 本文总结了６５例结核性脑膜炎的临床资料和ＣＴ改变，将ＣＴ改变分为６类：①脑积水；②脑底部增生性脑膜炎；③血管炎所致的脑梗塞④脑结核瘤；⑤粟粒型脑结核；⑥脑萎缩。根据ＣＴ改变，就诊断和治疗的有关问题做了讨论。

| Abstract: | The clinical manifestations and CT scans of 65 cases of tuberculous meningitis are reported in this article. The images of tuberculous miningitis on CT scans were divided into six categories: (1 ) Hydrocephalus, (2) Hyperplastic meningitis at the bottom of the brain;(3)Intracerebral infarcts caused by cerebrovascular inflammation: (4) Intracerebral tuberculoma;(5) Intracerebral miliqry tuberculosis; (6) Encephalatrophy. According to the images of CT,the diagnosis and treatment are discussed concerning with the six categories. |
