肝缺血预处理对NO、ET和LBF的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨肝脏缺血预处理(IPC)后一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)和肝血流量(LBF)的变化,观察缺血预处理(IPC)对肝脏损伤的保护作用。方法 实验选用大鼠72只,分为缺血再灌注(I/R)组和IPC组。观察指标为NO、ET、LBF测定,时相为1小时、3小时、6小时和24小时。结果 NO测定在损伤与IPC两组间比较1小时、3小时有显著差异(P<0.05),经IPC后减少NO的释放。LBF测定在两组间比较,I/R组下降显著,IPC组除3小时外其它时相LBF显著增加,与I/R相比P<0.05,各时相点均有显著差异(P<0.05)。IPC组比I/R组ET释放减少,在 1小时、3小时有显著差异(P<0.05),两组与损伤前比较除IPC组3小时以外均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 肝脏IPC可以减轻肝细胞的损伤,增加LBF,减少NO和ET的释放,调动机体的防御机制。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET) contents and liver blood flow (LBF) after hepatic ischemic pre conditioning.?Methods Seventy two Wister rats were randomly divided into ischemia reperfusion (I/R) group and ischemic pre condioning (IPC) group. The experimental model was established by occluding proper hepatic artery. Nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET) and liver blood flow (LBF) were measured at 1h,3h, 6h and 24h.?Results After hepatic ischemic pre conditioning, release of NO decreased, there was a significant difference between I/R group and IPC group at 1h and 6h (P[WT? WT5"BZ]<0.05). ET of IPC group released higher than I/R group, with a significant difference at 1h and 3h. However, compared with preinjury, both groups had a remarkable difference at checked time (P< 0.05 ).?Conclusion Hepatic ischemic pre conditioning can relieve the damage of hepatic cells, decrease the release of NO and ET, increase the liver blood flow and mobilize the defensive mechanism.
