早期喂养方式对婴幼儿体格发育的影响

目的了解早期喂养方式对0-3岁婴幼儿体格发育的影响。方法 2008年对辽宁省本溪市某镇医院101名新生儿进行0~6月喂养方式调查和身长、体质量测量,并追踪至2岁和3岁进行体格测量。以6个月时喂养方式为分组依据,分析不同喂养方式对2岁和3岁幼儿体格发育的影响。结果 3个月时婴儿母乳喂养率为41.6%,6个月时下降为0;6月时不同喂养方式对0~3岁婴幼儿身高发育没有明显影响,但人工喂养组3岁幼儿体质量明显高于混合喂养组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乡镇婴儿母乳喂养率很低,早期喂养方式对3岁时幼儿体质量有明显影响。

Relationship between type of feeding and physical development of newborn infants in Northeast China

Objective To understand the relationship between the early feeding patterns and physical development of newborn infants during the period of 0- 3 years old. Methods A total of 101 infants of 0 - 6 months were investigated for their feeding patterns, and their height and weight were measured in a town hospital of Benxi City, Northeast China, 2008. Their physical measurements were followed at 2-years-old and 3-years-old. Results The breastfeeding rate in 3 months was 41.6 %, and decreased for 0% in 6 months. The feeding patterns for infants had no significant effect on their height and weight growth in 3 months, 6 months, and 2 years old. The weight of the artifidal feeding group was signiificandy heavier than the mixed feeding group at the age of 3 years （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The breastfeeding rate is low in the infants in township, and the feeding patterns have a significant effect on their weight at the age of 3 years.
