颈部淋巴结结核的CT表现

目的探讨颈部淋巴结结核CT表现及临床诊断价值。方法对经手术或穿刺活检病理证实10例颈部淋巴结结核患者先作平扫后再进行增强扫描,对CT表现结果进行分析。结果本组10患者共累及区域26个,好发区域为颈内静脉链上组（Ⅱ区）、颈内静脉链中组（Ⅲ区）以及颈后三角区（Ⅴ区）,增强扫描可以较好的反映颈部淋巴结不同的病理改变。结论 CT平扫及增强可以对颈部淋巴结的部位、数量、大小以及形态进行明确,能够较准确的反映病理改变,可为临床诊断提供较充足的依据。

CT experssion of cervical lymph node tuberculosis

Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes and CT expression of value. Methods In 10 cases of cervical lymph node tuberculosis patients were first scan and enhanced scan,and analysis. Results 10 patients were involved in the region 26,This disease tend ed area Ⅱ of to occur in 7 cases,area Ⅳ of 5 cases,are Ⅴ of 5 cases. Enhanced scanning reflect pathological lymph node changes better. Conclusion CT can reflect the pathological change is accurate,can provide a sufficient basis for clinical diagnosis.
