| 摘 要： | 目的建立茵栀黄颗粒中栀子苷含量测定方法。方法采用phenomenex C18色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-水（15∶85）;流速：1.0ml/min;检测波长：238nm;柱温：30℃。结果栀子苷在0.04～0.83μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998。栀子苷平均回收率为99.17%,RSD为1.10%。结论该方法操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于茵栀黄颗粒中栀子苷含量控制。

Quantitative Determination of Geniposid in Yinzhihuang granules by HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for quantitative determination of geniposid in Yinzhi-huang granules. Methods The chromatographic analysis was performed on a phenomenex C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm ） by elution with acetonitrile-water （15∶85）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Detection was conducted at 238 nm. Results Good linear relationships were showed in a range of 0.04～0.83 （r=0.9998）. The average recovery rate obtained for geniposid were 99.17% with 1.10% of RSD. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple,accurate and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Yinzhihuang granules. |
