| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC法测定正天丸和正天胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶72)为流动相,检测波长为403 nm。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在6.038 4～150.96μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.8%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、快速、重现性好,可用于测定正天丸、正天胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a rapid determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in zhengtian pills and zhengtian capsules. Methods： Using otcadecylsilane bonded silica gel as the stationary phase and a mixture of methanol,acetonitrile and 0. 7% phosphate acid solu-tion （26： 2： 72） as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 403nm. Results：The calibration curves were linear in the range of 6. 0384-150. 96μg·mL^-1 for hydroxysafflor yellow A. the average recovery rate was 100. 0% ,RSD =0. 8% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible, and it can be used to control the contents of zhengtian pills and zhengtian capsules. |
