腹腔镜治疗小儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的临床疗效评估

目的分析评估腹腔镜治疗小儿先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年6月期间在本院治疗的16例先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄患儿的临床资料。16例患儿均采用腹腔镜幽门环肌切开术治疗,观察记录患儿临床疗效及并发症情况。结果 15例患儿均一次手术成功,1例术中中转开腹,手术时间20～45min,平均29min。术后6h拔胃管,开始喂奶。3～7d出院。全部病例随访3个月,患儿生长发育均恢复正常,预后较好。结论腹腔镜幽门环肌切开术治疗先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄,临床安全可靠,患儿痛苦小,疗效满意,值得推广。

Clinical curative evaluation of laprosocopic laparoscopic in treating pediatric congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of laparoscopic in treating pediatric congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 16 patients with pediatric congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis who were admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to June 2012,and they were treated with laparoscopic pyloric ring muscle rhinotomy. The curative effects were observed after treatment. Results The operation were completed under laparoscope in 15 cases,while a conversion to open surgery was needed in 1 case. The operative time was 20～45 min （mean,29 min）. The nasogastric tube was removed and oral feeding with milk was attempted 6 hours after the operation. The patients were discharged at 3～7 postoperative days. Follow-up for 3 months in 16 cases showed that the patients were normally developed. Conclusion Laparoscopic in treating pediatric congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis was safe and reliable,children pain is small,the results are satisfactory and worthy of clinical use.
