高血压患者左室重构与心功能及心律失常关系

研究高血压患者左室重构对心律失常及心功能影响。方法应用多普勒超过心动图声学定量技术和动态心电图检测８７例高血压压患者。结论左室重构对高血压早期左室收缩功能有一定代偿作用，但随着心室重构、左室肥大，心脏功能损害更加明显，同时心室重构明显增加室性心律失常的发生。

Assessment on the relationship of left ventricular remodeling on cardiac function and arrhythmia of hypertension dsease

Objective To detect influence of left ventricular remodeling on cardiac function and arrhythmia of hypertension disease.Methods Using acoustic quantification techonology and dynamic electrocardigram to detect 87 cases of hypertension disease.Results 1)Left ventricular diastolic function in 27 cases of left ventricular normal modeling hypertension disease group and 36 cases of left ventricular concentric remodeling hypertension disease group were significantly damaged than in normal group;left ventricular systolic function in left ventricular normal modeling hypertension disease group and left ventricular concentric remodeling hypertension disease group had no significant difference with normal group.2)Left ventricular,left atrium systolic and diasolic function in 24 cases of eccentric remodeling group were significantly damaged than that of left ventricular normal modeling hypertension disease group,left ventricular concentric remodeling hypertension disease group and normal group.3)Occurence rate of arrhythmia in left ventricular normal modeling group of hypertension disease patients were significantly lower than that in left ventricular remodeling group of hypertension diease patients ,occurence rate of superaventrical arrhythmia and conduct block had no significant difference among the three group.Conclusion Left ventricular remodeling had compensation effect on early left ventricular systolic function in hypertension diease patients,yet with the development of left ventricular remodeling and left ventricular hypertrophy,damage of cardiac function was severe,and left ventricular remodeling can induce occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia.
