补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型胸痹40例

目的观察补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型胸痹的临床疗效及对心电图指标的影响。方法对40例气虚血瘀型胸痹患者除心绞痛难忍时舌下含服速效救心丸以外，仅服用补阳还五汤加减治疗，观察40例患者治疗前后症状及患者心电图指标治疗前后改善情况。结果40例患者经治疗后临床症状及心电图指标均有明显改善，主要症状总有效率为80．7％，伴随症状总有效率为90．4％，心电图改善总有效率为90．3％。结论补阳还五汤加减治疗气虚血瘀型胸痹疗效确切。
