2型糖尿病患者血清脂蛋白水平变化与冠心病相关性分析

目的了解2型糖尿病患者血清脂蛋白水平变化与冠心病相关性。方法取健康组128例,2型DM患者132例血脂等指标进行检测,其中71例未合并CHD,61例合并CHD。结果对照组和未合并CHD的2型DM组芳患者血脂结果分析表明,APOB,APOAl／APOB,TG三项指标均有显著性差异。未合并CHD的2型DM组和合并CHD的2型DM组血脂分析表明,TC,LDL—C,APOB和APOA1／APOB四项指标有显著性差异。结论在2型糖尿病（DM）的诊疗过程中应注意观察血脂各项指标的变化,治疗原发病时及时采取相应的预防措施,包括饮食控制,纠正血糖和应用降脂药物治疗,排除和降低引起心血管合并症的危险因素。
