缝合锚钉治疗急性Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤21例

目的：评价应用缝合锚钉治疗Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法：2007年6月。2010年6月对21例Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者应用缝合锚钉进行缝合固定，受伤至手术时间6-15d，平均8d。结果：术后随访21例，随访6～18个月，优良率为90．47％。结论：缝合锚钉修复急性膝关节内侧副韧带度损伤具有组织剥离范围小，操作方法简单，固定可靠的优势，是治疗Ⅲ度膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的一种有效方法。

The clinical effects of suture anchors on third-degree acute injury of medial collateral ligament (MCL) of knee joint

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of suture anchors on third-degree acute injury of medial collateral ligament（MCL） of knee joint. Methods Twenty-one patients （14 males, 7females） with third degree acute injury of MCL of knee joint were treated with suture anchors from March 2007 to March 2010. The time of injury to operation was 6-15 days, averaged 8 days. Results The mean （range） followed up for nine months （6 - 18）. Showed 21 patient s regained, the good rate was 90.47% Conclusion Acute injury of MCL of knee joint can be repaired with suture anchors, which has the following advantages： small in tissue dissection, simple in procedure, and good in fixation.
