| 摘 要： | 面部升火临床上通常从阴虚火旺治疗者多，其实还涉及到阴阳两虚及阴盛格阳两种情况。文中重点介绍了杜雨茂教授从阴阳两虚入手，应用金匮肾气丸为主辨治面部升火的独到临床经验。提示面部升火虽为小症，但往往为临床辨证的眼目，观上热不能遗下寒，审阴亏还当虑及阳损。 |

| Abstract: | The treatments of facial flush are usually based on hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency, but another two conditions, deficiency of both yin and yang and predominant yin rejecting yang, should also be concerned. This paper introduced Prof. Du Yumao＇s unique clinical experience of treating facial flush with Jinkui Shenqi pills from the aspect of both yin and yang deficiency in detail. Though facial flush is a minor symptom, it is usually the key for syndromes differentiation clinically. |
