摘    要:目的探讨健康教育对颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法本文对接受介入栓塞治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者在接受常规护理的基础上实施系统的健康教育,并与实施常规护理的对照组进行护理效果比较发现。结果观察组与对照组在术后返回病房2 h内的负性情绪和生活质量状况比较无明显差异(P〉0.05);观察组患者术后7 d与返室后2 h比较有明显差异(P〈0.05),与对照组术后7 d比较有明显差异,且差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论通过对患者实施系统的健康教育,缓解了患者的焦虑、抑郁等心理症状,提高了患者的生活质量。但由于本调查的局限性有些心理问题仍有待于进一步研究。

Health education intervention of patients with embolization intracranial aneurysms on negative emotion and life quality

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the health education intervention of patients with embolization intracranial aneurysms on negative emotion and quality of life.Methods This article received embolization of intracranial aneurysms in patients receiving conventional care delivery system based on health education,and with the implementation of routine nursing care comparison of the control group found.Results The observation group and control group within 2h after return to ward of negative mood and quality of life in no significant difference(P0.05);study group patients after 7d 2h and back room there were significant difference(P0.05),compared with the control group were significantly different 7d,and the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusions Through the implementation of systematic health education of patients to ease the patient's anxiety,depression and other psychological symptoms and improve quality of life of patients.However,some limitations of this survey remain to be further study of psychological problems.
