摘 要: | 目的分析维持性血液透析患者营养不良的原因,为改善患者的营养状况提供饮食方案,从而提高其生活质量。方法针对96例患者营养不良的原因,根据营养状况的不同,进行个体饮食指导。结果 96例患者都不同程度提高了控制饮食的自觉性,降低了进食的盲目性,营养状况都有不同程度改善。结论饮食护理具有重要意义,正确的饮食指导,能够改善患者的营养状况,提高生活质量和延长生存时间。

Abstract: | Objective Analysis of maintenance hemodialysis patients the causes of malnutrition,to improve the nutritional status of patients and provide food program,thereby improving their quality of life. Methods For 96 patients the causes of malnutrition,according to the different nutritional status,individualized dietary guidance.Results 96 patients had varying degrees of awareness and improved the control diet,reduced the consumption of blindness,varying degrees to improve the nutritional status.Conclusions Diet is important for nursing,correct diet instruction can improve the nutritional status of patients,improve the quality of life and prolong survival time. |
