| 摘 要： | 目的分析调强适形放疗(IMRT)治疗放疗后复发的恶性胶质瘤的近期临床疗效和副反应。方法2003年12月至2006年12月,共治疗20例放疗后复发的恶性胶质瘤。中位复发时间为11个月。复发灶每次剂量为2.0 Gy,总量56~60 Gy/28~30次。治疗过程用脱水剂治疗脑水肿。结果PR10例,有效率为50%,中位生存期8个月,1、2年生存率分别为47.14%、15.27%。脑水肿发生率50%,经治疗后减轻或消失,病人均能耐受。结论调强适形放疗治疗放疗后复发恶性胶质瘤能减轻症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the outcome and benefit intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT) for recurrent malignant gliomas after definite radiotherapy.Methods From Dec.2003 to Dec.2006,20 patients were treated by IMRT.17 patients underwent resection,two patients underwent biopsy,one patient underwent stereotactic biopsy.The fractions of IMRT dose GTV-PTV.Results Among the 20 patients:PR 10 cases.The median survival time was 8 months.1,3-year survival rate was 47.14% and 15.27%,respectively.Brain edema occur in half of patients.Conclusion IMRT can effectively treat recurrent brain malignant gliomas after definite radiotherapy. |
