穴位注射对反复呼吸道感染患儿sIL-2R的影响

目的探讨穴位注射对反复呼吸道感染患儿(复感儿)免疫功能的影响及作用机制.方法采用ELISA法测定治疗组、对照组复感儿治疗前后及正常儿童血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平.治疗组采用维丁胶性钙注射液对定喘、足三里、丰隆交替进行穴位注射治疗,对照组采用维丁胶性钙注射液肌肉注射治疗.结果治疗前复感儿血清sIL-2R明显高于正常儿童(P＜0.01),穴位注射治疗后,升高的sIL-2R水平明显回落(P＜0.01).治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论穴位注射可提高复感儿细胞免疫功能,并有较好的临床疗效.

Effect of Acupoint-injection to the Serum Soluble Interlenkin-2 Receptor with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children

Objective To investigate the mechanism of acupoint-injection and the effect to the function of immunology of recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTI) in children. Methods Both the groups of RRTI cases treated with acupoint-injection and treated with intra-muscular injection had their blood tested, using the method of ELISA to measure the level of the serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) before and after the treatment, and the group of normal health children had the same test done as control. The points of Dingchuan (Extra17), Zusanli (St.36), Fenglong (St.40) had been selected to use Vitamin D2 and Calcium Colloidal Injection for the therapy group to do Acupoint-injection in turns, and the control group used the same drug for intra-muscular injection. Results The level of sIL-2R in RRTI cases was increased significantly higher than the normal group before the treatment (P<0.01). The increased level of sIL-2R in RRTI cases were decreased significantly after the therapy of acupoint-injection (P<0.01). The acupoint-injection group was more effective than the intra-muscular injection group in clinical observation (P>0.01). Conclusion Acupoint-injection can not only increase the cellular immunity of RRTI children, but has better result to treat RRTI.
