天麻钩藤饮对肝阳上亢型高血压患者生活质量的影响

目的：观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病患者的临床降压效果及生活质量的改善情况。方法：将肝阳上亢型高血压患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组予天麻钩藤饮治疗,对照组予硝苯地平缓释片治疗,1个疗程后比较2组患者的降压效果与生活质量改善情况。结果：降压总有效率治疗组为86.67%,对照组为84.44%,2组在降压效果方面比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;在生活质量改善方面治疗组在健康愉快感、躯体症状、性功能、工作表现、生活满意度方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病患者,在降压方面效果与西药降压药相当,在生活质量改善方面具有突出效果。

Influence of TianMa GouTeng Drink on Life Quality of the Patients Suffering from Essential Hypertension of Liver-Yang Hyperactivity Pattern

Objective： To explore therapeutic effects of modified Tian Ma Gou Teng drink in the treatment for the patients with essential hypertension（EH） of liver-Yang hyperactivity pattern and its influence on the improvements of life quality. Methods： Ninety patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the treatment group were administered with Tian Ma Gou Teng drink and the control group nifedipine sustained-release tablets, the improvements of life quality and clinical effects of lowering blood pressure in both groups were compared after one course of the treatment. Results： Total effective rate of lowering blood pressure in the treatment group was 86.67%, higher than 84.44% of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning in lowering blood pressure between both groups（P〉0.05）; the treatment group was superior to the control group significantly in the improvement of life quality, which contained healthy and pleasure sense, somatic symptoms, sexual function, job performance and life satisfaction degree（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tian Ma Gou Teng drink could obtain similar effects of lowering blood pressure to western medicine in treating EH patients of liver-Yang hyperactivity pattern, and it’s effective in improving life quality.
