半夏泻心汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床观察

目的：探讨半夏泻心汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效及其可能的作用机制。方法：将糖尿病胃轻瘫患者60例随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,2组均予枸橼酸莫沙比利片5 mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组在此基础上加服半夏泻心汤1剂/d,早晚分服,2组均以连续用药1月为1个疗程,治疗1个月后观察2组临床疗效、胃泌素（GAS）及生长抑制素（SS）含量变化情况。结果：治愈率治疗组为66.7%,对照组为36.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;总有效率治疗组为86.7%,对照组为63.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组治疗前后GAS、SS含量比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,2组治疗后GAS、SS含量比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：半夏泻心汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫其辅助作用机制可能与促进SS分泌,抑制GAS分泌有关。

Clinical Observation on BanXia XieXin Decoction in Treating Diabetic Gastroparesis

Objective： To explore curative effects of Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction in treating diabetic gastroparesis（DGP） and its potential mechanism. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly separated into the treatment group and the control group, both groups were given with mosapride citrate tablets orally, 5mg each time, three times per day. The treatment group took Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction, one dose per day, taken in the morning and evening, one course of the treatment was one month, clinical effects, the contents of gastrin（GAS） and somatostatin（SS） were observed in both groups after treating for one month. Results： Cure rate of the treatment group was 66.7%, higher than36.7 % of the control group with statistical meaning（P 〈0.05）; Total effective rate of the treatment group was86.7%, higher than 63.3% of the control group with statistical meaning（P〈0.05）; the difference demonstrated statistical meaning in the contents of GAS and SS between before and after treating in both groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,the difference showed statistical meaning in the contents of GAS and SS after treating in both groups（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion： The mechanism of Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction in treating DGP might be related to promoting the secretion of SS and inhibiting GAS secretion.
