中医外治治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变疗效观察

目的：观察中医外治法治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变（PDN）的临床疗效。方法：将PDN患者56例随机分为2组,中医外治治疗组29例予中药泡足及针刺穴位联合甲钴胺、依帕司他治疗,西药对照组27例给予单纯甲钴胺、依帕司他治疗。结果：总有效率中医外治治疗组为89.6%,高于西药对照组的74.1%;2组治疗后NRS评分均有显著下降且中医外治治疗组较西药对照组下降更为显著;治疗组ABI及震动感觉阈值较对照组显著改善。结论：中医外治治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变疗效确切并具有改善下肢循环的优点。

Observation on Treating Painful Diabetic Neuropathy by TCM External Therapy

Objective： To explore clinical effects of TCM external therapy in treating painful diabetic neuropathy（PDN）. Methods： All 56 patients were randomly allocated to two groups, 29 cases of the treatment group of TCM external therapy received TCM foot bath, acupoint acupuncture combined with the drugs of mecobalamine and epalrestat, 27 cases of the control group were treated by mecobalamine and epalrestat. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group of TCM external therapy was 89.6%, higher than 74.1% of the control group of western medicine;NRS scales of both groups after treating were lowered significantly, the decrease of the treatment group of TCM external therapy was more notable than that of the control group of western medicine; ABI and vibration perception threshold in the treatment group were improved more notably compared with these of the control group. Conclusion：Treating PDN by TCM external therapy could obtain definite effects and demonstrates the advantages of improving lower limb circulation.
