150例急性胰腺炎的护理体会

目的：探讨急性胰腺炎的全方位护理措施,以期减少并发症的发生。方法：对急性胰腺炎患者150例从入院到出院进行全方位护理。询问其发病诱因,介绍环境,讲解有关急性胰腺炎的知识,进行心理护理,症状护理,以及药物护理;康复期讲解预防复发的诱因,观察患者的治愈率及并发症发生情况。结果：150例患者经保守治疗后,1例因器官功能衰竭死亡,2例出现并发症转外科手术治疗,其余均治愈康复出院。结论：做好患者的入院宣教、心理护理,密切配合治疗,严密观察病情,以及康复期的饮食指导可提高急性胰腺炎的治愈率,缩短病程,减少复发率。

Nursing Experience for 150 Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

Objective： To reduce the incidence of complication by exploring comprehensive nursing measures for the patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods： All 150 patients were nursed from admission to discharge in all aspects, such as： asking the patients their predisposing factors, introducing the environment, explaining the knowledge about acute pancreatitis, psychological nursing, symptom cares, closely observe the disease progression, medicinal nursing; expounding the prevention of the relapse cause at rehabilitation stage. Cure rate and complication incidence of the patients were observed. Results： After conservative treatment, except one case died due to multiple organ failure, two cases transferred to the department of general surgery due to the incidence of the complications, others were healed and discharged. Conclusion： The care, which contains： giving the patients admission propaganda and education, psychological care, closely cooperation to the treatment, closely observe the disease progression and dietary guidance at the recovery stage, could improve cure rate of acute pancreatitis, shorten the course of the disease and reduce the incidence of relapse rate.
