普贝生用于足月引产的效果观察

[目的]观察普贝生用于足月引产的效果。[方法]将340例无阴道分娩禁忌、单胎头位待产的孕妇随机分为两组,实验组158例采用普贝生一枚置于阴道后穹隆;对照组182例采用小剂量缩宫素滴入,对两组产妇引产成功率、引产时间、产后出血量及新生儿出生Apgar评分进行比较。[结果]实验组一次引产成功率高于对照组,产程进展快于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义;两组产后出血量和新生儿评分经比较差异无统计学意义。[结论]普贝生是一种较安全的应用于临床的足月引产的药物。

Observation on effect of dinoprostone suppositories for artificial labor for term infants

Objective:To probe into effect of dinoprostone suppositories used for artificial labor for term infants.Methods:A total of 340 gravida without taboos of vaginal delivery and single birth head presentation predelivery were divided into test and control group.158 cases in test group were put in posterior of fornix of vagin. Another 182 cases in control group were given low dose of oxytocin intravenously dripping.Then the achievement ratio of induced abortion,induced abortion time,amount of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar scorings on birth of all cases compared.Results:Compared with control group cases,the achievement ratio of induced abortion of test group was higher,and the progression of birth process was faster.There were statistical significant differences between the two groups.However,in terms of postpartum hemorrhage amount and neonatal Apgar scoring,there were no statistical significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:Dinoprostone suppositories is a relatively safe drug,which could apply for gravida undergoing term induced abortion in clinic.
