家族性先天性无牙畸形伴无汗症追踪观察

目的 观察家族性先天性无牙畸型伴无汗症遗传规律。方法 20年来有3名CADCA患一直在本院观察之下。现在通过家谱分析和染色体检查获得这些患子女的详尽资料。结果 发现一名男孩患典型的CADCA．他的两个舅舅是前述两名CADCA患．其母亲是非显症．其父亲是正常人。结论 本报告一例儿童CADCA患，据观察资料推测，其发病可能与性连锁隐性遗传和某些环境因素有关。

Tracing observation of a familial congenital anodontous deformity concomitant anhidrosis

Objective To observe the genetic regularity of familial congenital anodontous deformity concomitant anhidrosis (CADCA). Methods In the last twenty years 3 patients with CADCA have been observed. More detailed information concerning their children was obtained through analysis of familial pedigree and examination of chromosome. Results A boy who is the nephew of two patients with CADCA suffered from typical CADCA- The boy's mother is a nonphenotype and his father is normal. Conclusion It is inferred from the observations that this CADCA case might be associated with sex - linked recessive inheritance and some enviroment factors.
