| 摘 要： | 目的:检测人类正常精子与弱精不育精子的差异表达蛋白质。方法:用2-DE-IPG-DALT技术对36例弱精不育与10例正常精子总蛋白进行分离,银染后,切取2个在患者中不表达的差异蛋白质点进行质谱鉴定。结果:成功建立了弱精不育与正常精子总蛋白的双向电泳图谱,经图像分析显示,弱精不育精子中高丰度表达而正常样本中缺失或表达下调的27个蛋白点,正常精子中存在而在弱精不育精子中缺失或低表达的37个点。并对C35和C37这2个差异蛋白质进行了质谱鉴定。结论:差异蛋白与弱精不育相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the differential expression proteins between asthenospermic and normal human sperm. Methods: Two-dimensional electrophoresis and IPG-DALT were employed to perform in 36 asthenospermia infertile sperm and 10 normal sperm. Results: Fifty-five differential expression proteins were found and 27 proteins spots were expressed highly in asthenospermia sperm but lowly or absence in the normal one, and 37 protein spots existed in normal sperm but lowly or absence in the asthenospermia one. Among them, 2 proteins were identified by MALDI-TOF. Conclusion: The identified proteins indicated that the differential expression proteins contributed to human asthenospermia infertility. |
