| 摘 要： | 分析了１８５例老年人消化性溃疡的临床特性，并与８７例中青年人消化性溃疡对比。结果：老年组与对照组有中上腹疼痛分别为６７．０２％、９４．３０％，Ｐ＜０．０１。纳差及体重减轻占８８．５５％，明显高于对照组，Ｐ＜０．０５。老年组胃溃疡高于对照组，Ｐ＜０．０１，大于１５ｍｍ的溃疡多于对照组，而并发消化道出血与对照组差异无显著性，Ｐ＞０．０５。结合文献，对老年人消化性溃疡的临床表现及治疗进行了讨论

| Abstract: | 185 gerontal patients with peptic ulcer were studied.Comparing with the contral group,the rate of middle or upper abdominal pain and anorexia in the study group were respectively 67.02% and 88.55%,Which were significantly higher than that in the control group.However,there was no difference in hemorrhage of degestive tract between the study group and the control group. |
