| 摘 要： | 目的:研究护理干预对老年心血管疾病患者抗栓治疗的影响。方法:55例需要长期抗栓治疗的老年心血管疾病患者由病区主管护师给予个体化的护理干预。护理干预内容包括:依据病情合理用药、详细的药物介绍、心理护理干预、健康教育、出院计划和指导等。结果:55例老年心血管疾病患者住院期间抗栓治疗的依从性为96.36%。患者出院一年后治疗的依从性明显低于住院期间(χ2=17.01,P0.001)。结论:护理干预提高了老年心血管疾病患者住院期间抗栓治疗的依从性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effects of nursing intervention on anti - coagulation therapy in senile patients of cardiovascular disease. Methods ：55 senile patients with cardiovascular disease who need anti - coagulation therapy were given nursing intervention, such as ： proper medication, introduction of medi- cines, psychological care, health education and plan and guldence of leaving hospital. Re.suits ： In 55 senile patients with cardiovascular disease who have given nursing inventions the entire compliance of taking medication was 96. 36% while they were hospitalized. One year later since the patients were discharged from hospital, their entire compliance of taking medication was significantly lower than that taken while they were hospitalized （X2 = 17.01 ,P 〈0.001 ）. Conclusion ： Nursing intervention increased the entire compliance of taking medication of anti - coagulation therapy in senile patients of cardiovascular disease while they were hospitalized. |
